Regional Management

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Regional Management group is the eyes and ears for Unitpool in the field.  The principle functions of the 4 Regional Managers and 11 Controllers/ Supervisors include

• managing activities at key stations across the network
• performing regular airport sweeps
• liaising with the ground handlers and ensuring that processes are duly implemented
• work with the airline to manage schedule changes, season peaks
• revising monthly stock requirements with our customers
