Operations

Unitpool operations are handled mainly from our 24/7 Global Operations Center, located in Bangkok.  This is where the majority of our staff is located, looking after the day-to-day ULD requirements of our airline customers.  Only repairs and procurement is handled outside of Bangkok, in Zurich.

Our Bangkok team works hand in hand with the Regional Management group.  Our Regional Managers, Controllers and Supervisors are stationed at key airports around the world, from which they manage the operation on the ground, working with our customers' GHAs, repair providers and airport authorities.

With 23 pooling customers, our network of operation spans well over 300 stations worldwide.  As we increase the number of customers, the network grows and with it the potential additional synergies for the new carrier as well as the existing customers through new stations, or additional carriers pooling at a station that is part of the existing network.

The operations team is supported by our custom-made ULD management system "Tracker".  The web-base version, "WebTracker" is accessible by our customers via login and password, giving them full visibility of the stock levels across their networks.
