Unitpool is head-quartered in Zurich, Switzerland. This is home to finance and accounting, human resources, sales and marketing, IT, as well as repairs and procurement, all handled by a team of 9.

The company's Operations Centre is located in Bangkok, Thailand. This is where we handle the day-to-day activities of the network. We receive all messaging (UCM, SCM, LUC), schedule information via "Tracker" (our custom-made ULD management system), and from there follow-up on error messages, we track and trace all units that are not duly reported, we raise disposition requests to keep stocks balanced at every station, run various KPI reports for the airlines, analyse stock levels and propose monthly adjustments as required by the operation taking into account synergies created by the various network overlaps. It's a team of 34 professionals, that work 24/7 to manage the flow of 22'000 units, across a network that spans over more than 250 airports on any given month.

Our URepair Services unit is based in London, United Kingdom, and is responsible for the management the British Airways repairs and logistics contract. With British Airways' large ULD fleet and demanding serviceability standards, this is a full time job for a team of 5.

5 Airline Coordinators, based in the Bangkok operation, monitor the day-to-day activities within the airlines networks; there are 4 Coordinators looking after the 21 passenger airlines and 1 dealing with the intricate operations of our 2 cargo carriers; they work hand-in-hand with the Regional Managers/ Account Sponsors, as well as the disposition team to secure a smooth operation.

4 Regional Managers and 6 dedicated Supervisors are responsible for the network. Located at key stations, they give us visibility of what is happening in the field.

Inventory of 22'000 ULDs, split almost evenly between pallets and containers, reflecting the operation of our two cargo carriers, and the important cargo programs of such carriers as Unitpool and Air Transat.
