Our Team

The CHEP Aerospace headquarters is located in Zurich, Switzerland.  Most management and support functions (accounting, HR, IT, etc.) are based in this office.

In addition to the 23 owned or managed service and repair centres located around the world, additional offices are located in the UK (London Gatwick), US (Seattle) and New Zealand (Auckland). 

The largest group of people within the CHEP Aerospace Solutions team sits in Bangkok, Thailand, where our Global Operations Centre is based. The Global Operations Centre is responsible to secure the day-to-day ULD management activities for the entire network.  The team handles message control, track and trace, balancing of stock levels at each station and is in constant contact with the ground handling agents and the Ground Services team to secure the service provision.

The key pillars of the Global Operations Centre include:

• Network Optimisation
• Inventory Control 
• Freighters

In addition, we have a team of Ground Services Supervisors/Managers based at key stations around the globe. They ensure that CHEP Aerospace's proven processes are working on the ground, at their base-stations and neighbouring airports, where pooling activities are on the rise.
