Unitpool is running a one-off “amnesty” exercise designed to relocate as many missing ULDs as possible.

During the month of February 2010, participating staff from Swissport and Swissport Group companies will be encouraged to list ULD numbers in their stations that belong to Unitpool but may have slipped out of sight. Lost ULDs that are recovered during the exercise and returned to the pool will earn the finder a convertible reward (non-cash) with a value of between USD 10.00 and USD 50.00.

1. To enter the competition you must be:
(a) an employee of the Swissport Group, with permission of your Station Manager to participate;
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry;
(c) In full agreement with the terms and conditions as published

2. Entries will only be accepted if sent by e-mail in the published format within the Instructions (below), together with your name, station and e-mail address by e-mail to: 

3. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. N o responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

4. The closing date is 28th February 2010, and Unitpool reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.

5. If you win a prize we will notify you by e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Only one reward will be given per found ULD, and only ULDs that have been Lost for a substantial amount of time will qualify.

7. The panel of judges for the competition will be comprised of members of the Management team of Unitpool.

8. The prizes will not be transferable to another person, and no part of a prize is exchangeable for cash.

9. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

10. This competition is being run by Unitpool Ltd of Steinackerstrasse 2, 8302 Kloten, Switzerland

11. Unitpool reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.  Unitpool may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.

12. Unitpool will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.

13. Sending an entry into is deemed as proof that the participant accepts, in full, the terms as published here within.
